Meeting request form

The form on the contact page asks for your full name, company, job title, email, an optional phone number, area of interest and a message. The purpose is to answer your request. What you send is stored as a record in a Cloudflare D1 database and forwarded by email to [email protected] and [email protected]; the email is sent through the Resend service. The form is not sent unless the notice checkbox is ticked.

If you send an email to [email protected], your email address and what you write are processed to reply to you.

Bot protection and rate limit

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile; the Turnstile widget is loaded by Cloudflare and operates under Cloudflare's terms. To limit many submissions in a short time, an irreversible digest (hash) of your IP address is kept in the database for a short period; the IP address itself is not stored. No personal data is written to server logs.

Simulator

The product, import quarter, tonnes and emission values you enter in the simulator on the homepage are calculated in your browser; they are not sent to the server and are not written to the address bar, a cookie or browser storage.

Cookie

The code of this version writes one cookie: NEXT_LOCALE. Its value is only the language code (tr or en), it lasts one year, and its purpose is to keep the chosen language on the next visit. It is written when you click the language button and during the language redirect when you arrive at the root address (/).

Browser local storage

The theme preference (theme) and the sidebar preference on the demo screens (demo-sidebar) are written to your browser's local storage (localStorage) when you click the relevant button. These records are not sent to the server.

Language redirect at the root address

For a request to the root address (/), the server-side redirect looks at the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, the country information the hosting infrastructure adds to the request, and your browser's language header (Accept-Language). It does not store the country information or the language header.

Visit statistics

The website collects aggregate visit statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare, this service uses no cookies and no browser storage.

Hosting and server location

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; form records are kept in a Cloudflare D1 database. The EEMS application server is in Finland (Helsinki). The hosting provider's processing is outside the scope of this notice.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction; to request that corrections and erasures be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
